About Us

The Moe Life Foundation in Venice, California is a nonprofit family foundation that started in 2002. Elan Shukartsi and The Moe Life Foundation partner with other nonprofit organizations to provide funding for their new or existing programs. We like to be hands-on in creating and funding programs that help make the world a better place.

Elan Shukartsi Biography

Elan Shukartsi created the Moe Life Foundation in 2002 in honor of his late father. Since then, Elan Shukartsi and his Foundation have honored the legacy of his father and mother to promote healing through creative hands on funding to nonprofit organizations that need assistance.
